中药生产过程质量控制关键技术研究进展   总被引:10,自引:8,他引:2  
中医药发展已上升到国家战略层面,在医药行业贯彻实施"中国制造2025"战略的新形势下,中药生产过程质量控制是中药工业需要加快突破的关键领域之一。对中药生产过程质量控制领域在工艺设计、分析检测、过程建模、制造装备等方面的关键共性问题进行解析,综述了中药生产过程质量控制体系中工艺过程理解、生产过程实时分析方法开发、过程控制策略建立3个方面的研究进展;并结合企业研究实践,介绍了质量源于设计(quality by design,Qb D)、过程分析技术(process analytical technology,PAT)、实验设计(design of experiment,DOE)、多变量统计分析等关键技术在上述3个研究方向中的应用进展,分析了实际工业应用的难点问题并对其应用前景进行展望,旨在为中药企业应用和提升生产过程质量控制技术提供参考。  相似文献

目的:优化白及多糖的超声提取工艺,比较不同产地白及多糖含量差异,考察白及多糖稳定性和抗氧化活性。方法:以多糖得率为考察指标,料液比、超声温度、超声时间为考察因素设计L9(34)正交试验优化白及多糖超声波提取工艺;以苯酚-硫酸法测定白及多糖含量,考察陕西汉中、云南普洱、湖南洪江及四川绵阳白及多糖含量产地差异;以化学方法考察白及多糖稳定性,并比较白及多糖对1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基自由基(DPPH·)和羟基自由基(·OH)的清除率以评价其体外抗氧化活性。结果:最佳超声提取工艺条件为:料液比1:25(g/mL)、超声温度80 ℃、超声时间10 min;四川绵阳白及多糖含量最高,达到60.81%,湖南洪江次之,云南普洱最低;白及多糖在柠檬酸及中性溶液中的稳定性较好,在苯甲酸钠、过酸性或过碱性溶液中的稳定性较差;白及多糖能有效地清除DPPH和羟基自由基,具有潜在的体外抗氧化活性。结论:白及多糖超声波提取工艺的优化及其抗氧化活性研究,可为白及多糖提取及综合利用提供借鉴。  相似文献

ObjectiveInvestigation of dynamic occlusal contacts when food particles are being pulverized during chewing is of interest for many researchers and clinicians. However, measurement of dynamic occlusal contacts during chewing is difficult, and differences between children and adults have not been established. The purpose of this study is to test the hypothesis that dynamic occlusal contacts of children differ from those of adult females.Subjectsand methods: Thirteen healthy children (4–6 years of age; mean age 5 years, 7 months) and thirteen adult females (18–26 years of age; mean age 20 years, 7 months) with normal occlusion participated in this study. Occlusal contact area (OCA) was estimated with a developed measurement system combining 3-D digitization of tooth shape with 3-D tracking of mandibular movements (1) during the closing stroke, (2) at the maximum closing position (MCP), and (3) during the opening stroke. OCA at static maximum intercuspation (ICP) was also estimated.ResultsAt the MCP, the children's OCA was less than 76.4% of the contact area seen at the ICP. The timing of maximum OCA in children was shifted more towards the opening stroke compared with adults, and the OCA remained greater during opening in children than adults. The occurrence of the MCP was less stable in children than in adults, both between subjects and within subjects.ConclusionsWe conclude that both the amount of OCA and the pattern of occlusal contacts during the occlusal phase of chewing completely differ between children and adult females.  相似文献

In this paper, we use optimal parameter selection technique to develop two models involving single‐vendor–multiple‐buyer supply chain, which are called the dynamic independent optimization (DIO) model and the dynamic synchronized cycles (DSC) model, respectively. These models are, respectively, similar to the traditional static independent policy model and the traditional static synchronized cycle model, except that the deterministic demands of the buyers in the above two static models are now being replaced by the stochastic demands satisfying a Wiener process, which have more real‐life applications. Similar to the above static synchronized cycles model, the synchronization of the supply chain in our DSC model is also achieved by scheduling the delivery days of the buyers and coordinating them with the vendor's production cycle. Finding the optimal expected system costs of the DIO model and the DSC model involves solving optimal parameter selection problems governed by ordinary differential equations, whose final times are continuous decision variables and discrete decision variables, respectively. Computational methods have been developed for solving these problems. Numerical results show that the coordinated policy is better than the independent optimization policy, in terms of minimizing the expected system cost of the entire supply chain. Sensitivity analysis is performed to test the effect of changing the cost coefficients and the value on the performances of these models, where is the ratio of the total mean demand rate of all the buyers over the vendor's production rate.  相似文献

ObjectivePreterm infants are at risk for altered brain maturation resulting in neurodevelopmental impairments. Topographical analysis of high-density electroencephalogram during sleep matches underlying brain maturation. Using such an EEG mapping approach could identify preterm infants at risk early in life.Methods20 preterm (gestational age < 32 weeks) and 20 term-born infants (gestational age > 37 weeks) were recorded by 18-channel daytime sleep-EEG at term age (GA 40 weeks for preterm and 2–3 days after birth for term infants) and 3 months (corrected age for preterm infants).ResultsPreterm infant’s power spectrum at term age is immature, leveling off with term infants at 3 months of age. Topographical distribution of maximal power density however, reveals qualitative differences between the groups until 3 months of age. Preterm infants exhibit more temporal than central activation at term age and more occipital than central activation at 3 months of age. Moreover, being less mature at term age predicts being less mature at 3 months of age.ConclusionTopographical analysis of sleep EEG reveals changes in brain maturation between term and preterm infants early in life.SignificanceIn future, automated analysis tools using topographical power distribution could help identify preterm infants at risk early in life.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to carry out a retrospective multicentre study comparing the morphological outcome of 8 techniques used for the management of sagittal synostosis versus a large cohort of control patients. Computed tomographic (CT) images were obtained from children CT-scanned for non-craniosynostosis related events (n = 241) and SS patients at preoperative and postoperative follow-up stages (n = 101). No significant difference in morphological outcomes was observed between the techniques considered in this study. However, the majority of techniques showed a tendency for relapse. Further, the more invasive procedures at older ages seem to lead to larger intracranial volume compared to less invasive techniques at younger ages. This study can be a first step towards future multicentre studies, comparing surgical results and offering a possibility for objective benchmarking of outcomes between methods and centres.  相似文献

We investigated behavioral and neural mechanisms in the relation between social media use (SMU) and self-concept, as well as longitudinal developmental outcomes. Adolescents and young adults (N = 150, 11–21 years old at T1) rated themselves on 60 traits in the academic, physical and prosocial domain, and also indicated how they thought peers would judge them (reflected-peer-judgements). Longitudinal questionnaires (1- and 2-year follow-up) were collected to assess positive (prosocial behavior, self-concept clarity) and negative (clinical symptoms) long-term outcomes.Results indicated that heavier self-reported SMU was linked with lower difference scores between self-judgements and reflected-peer-judgements. Lower SMU was related to more positive ratings from self-judgements vs. reflected-peer-judgements. SMU was also associated with less positive self-concept, particularly in the academic domain (boys and girls) and physical domain (girls). Neurally, increased SMU was linked to heightened mPFC-activity during self-judgements compared to reflected-peer-judgements, and increased activity during physical compared to academic and prosocial self-judgements. Longitudinal analyses indicated no evidence for long-term effects of social media use, self/reflected-peer-difference scores and mPFC-activity on clinical symptoms, prosocial behavior or self-concept clarity. This study highlights the complex relationship between social media use and wellbeing and future research is needed to confirm the lack of long-term effects.  相似文献
